Thank you for supporting our small business! p45 is dedicated to bringing our customers quality designer products with excellent customer service.
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as “ON SALE” are not final sale unless noted on product page. Sale prices will not be price matched.
verification and shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and / or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by ups, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not p45 to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If ups and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, p45 is not liable to refund or resend your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
returns and exchanges
All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
The package must be postmarked within (14) days of original order date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns or exchange changes.
Returns and exchanges are processed within (15) business days.
You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has processed.
If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Authenticity & Warranty
p45 only carries merchandise that is authentic and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. If within the first 30 days, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at email@example.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately before returning the package to ensure your claim is properly processed.
